Q: What are the advantages of FindYourLogo?

Q: How do I change 'MyCompany' and all other data in my templates?

A: In the Word-templates you doubleclick on the text and it will open the 'header and footer'. Select each word and change it. Simple as that! In the BusinessCards your only have to change your data in the first card on the left, all other cards are linked en will be updatet when you print. These instructionsinstructions are packed with your logo.

Q: I have too little space on my letter, how can I change that?

A: Three ways: First you can make your address-field smaller if your don't use window-envelopes. Second you can change the whitespace around the address: Lay-out->Textfield->SetUp->Advanced->

Q: Can I use other letter-type than the standard fonts?

A: If you are expert user of MS Office: yes. But make sure that you change all letter-type in all your documents to get the right look & feel troughout your housestyle. Save the template-documents as a template and don't forget to change the fonts in the elements you buy later.

Q: Is my logo exclusive?

A: No, the standard logo's are unique designs, (you can't buy them anywhere else) but they can be bought more than once. Only the Custom Design logo's are exclusive. However, your corporate identity is your NAME and LOGO together. Make sure that your company name is unique, and your identity will be too. More information is in our terms of use.

Q: Do you have a money-back guarantee?

A: No, we don't return money simply because our files can not be copy-protected. To be sure you're satisfied you can test the quality of our templates in the demo-files and see a reliable preview of the design. If there's a problem with one of your files, mail it to us and we will try to solve the problem within 24 hours.

Q: What are the system requirements?

A: Any modern internet computer with Windows 2000+, MS Office 2000+ properly installed and a color printer will do. Some basic knowledge about MS Office is required. See our instructions for details.

Q: How can I pay?

A: The payment is securely provided by Ogone. No data of the transaction will be stored by FindYourLogo. You can pay safe with Pay-Pal, EuroCard, MasterCard, Visa and the Dutch iDeal system. After your transaction is completed you receive directly an e-mail with your unique and secure downloadkey.

Q: What about copyrights?

A: When you buy al logo, you get the right to use, publish and multiply the design for your business only. The legal copyright stays always witht FindYourlogo. You do not have the right to claim, register or resell the logo. For details check our terms of use.

Q: Do you design logo's on request?

A: Yes, you can order a Custom Design and you will have your special request in a few days exclusively. You can also request a certain type of standard logo. If there are more requests such a logo will be added to our gallery.

Q: Why should we need graphic designers anyway?

A: FindYourLogo does not intend to replace a real designer! It provides a solution between the do-it-yourself logo's and the custom design. We suggest that, as soon as your organisation has the budget, you have an exclusively personal designed logo and housestyle by a professional designer. The FindYourLogo DesignTeam is always at your service to upgrade your corporate identity from the standard to custom design without pain.

Q: Can you tell more aboute the people behind FindYourLogo?

Q: How can you sell logo's for only 49,95?!

A: Simply, because we can sell them more than once. Otherwise every identity design would cost over € 500,-.

Q: I deleted all text, how can I get back the right colors?

A: Go back to the original template and select a character in the right color. Click on your color-tab and select 'more colors...'. The color tab will match this color. Then select your text and just click once on the color tab.

Q: How do you design these logo's?

A: The ideas come from everything and everywhere. Nature, environment, world music, blind scetches, a dream or my children's drawings can be inspirational. Every logo is vector drawn in Adobe Illustrator in few colours. The style I have in mind for this identity defines the typography, artwork for the wallpaper in Adobe Photoshop and the decoration. We develope our own templates in Word for the business cards, letterhead and envelopes.

Q: Can I buy a logo without templates?

A: No. We sell our logo's for office use only, so we made a package to ensure the right "look & feel" for all your communication elements. If you have special reason not to use our templates, simply throw them away! No hard feelings.

Q: What is the chance that my logo is allready in use by another organisation?

A: Our logo's are sold to initial and small local business troughout the whole world. Not every logo that we sell is commercially used. Some are just temporary, used for a project, or personal representation. The chance that a competitor near you has chosen and widely uses the same logo from our website is so small that we will gladly provide a new corporate identity for free if you can prove that this is really the case.

Q: I am a designer, do you buy my logo design?

A: The logo's from FindYourLogo are commited to very strict technical and esthetic rules to make them widely usable. We only buy original Adobe Illustrator vector artwork in CMYK of logo's that really add value to our gallery from professional designers. Contact Joep Geelen for more information.

Q: Are there other languages available?

A: The instructions are in English, Dutch and German. In februari 2007 we launched the German website (FindYourLogo.de) and at teh end of this year the Spanish version will be launched.

Q: Can you please help me with filling in my information, I'm not a Word-expert.

A: On a small scale we provide a FREE service until januari 1st 2007. Send us all your data and number of the logo, wel will send you back ready-to-use templates in 24 hours.

Q: My business-cards template doesn't fit well on the pre-cut sheets.

A: Some ink-jet printers have a different starting-position on thick paper. You have to adjust the position in File -> Page settings -> Header -> between 10 en 14 mm. Normal = 10 mm.

Q: Can you also design advertising or a brochure for me?

A: Yes, the FindYourLogo DesignTeam is available for all clients for professional advertising, folders, brochures, posters, banners or signing in your corporate identity. Off course we have a great advantage because we designed your logo and have all original material. Just tell us what you want and provide us correct text and high-resolution images you want to use. Q: I have a logo, but no corporate design or templates!

A: No problem! For only 99,- we create a corporate design with unique MS Word Templates you can edit and print yourself. Letter, invoice, continuining page, envelope and business cards. On your request we also create PowerPoint templates, e-mail letter etc. Simply send your request, data and the original logo (ai or eps) to: service@findyourlogo.com

Why do I need a logo?

A: Your business looks better: it is more professional and more reliable. More people will trust an organisation with a professional corporate identity. What's more: people will remember your name when they recognize your logo. Your business can more easily be found when you consequently use a logo.

Q: How can I change the language of the date in my letters?

A: To change the language of the automatic date in your letters, you select the current date in your template document. Under the menu "Tools" you find the option "Language". You choose here the language of your documents if it is not English. Click the OK button and Save the template with the same name as the original.
